First published in 2013, the 100 Best w!se High School's national ranking recognizes the top 100 performing high schools in w!se’s national network, showcases excellence in financial education and motivates schools to “race to the top” in personal finance instruction. The ranking also encourages school districts and administrators to expand and improve the quality of personal finance instruction in their schools and elevate the importance of financial education.
The 100 Best w!se High Schools Teaching Personal Finance were announced at a ceremony at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, sponsored by Voya Financial®. April is Financial Literacy Month. Wausa High School was recently ranked 19th in the nation. The ranking encourages school districts and administrators to expand and improve the quality of personal finance instruction in their schools and elevate the importance of financial education.
