Wausa 16/18 Softball Begins Season In Randolph Thursday

The Wausa Vikings 16/18 softball team kicked off their season Thursday night in Randolph.

On a chilly night on the diamond, Wausa held a one run lead going in to the final inning, but Randolph was able to plate one run and send the game to extra innings. The Vikings were able to advance a runner to third in the extra inning, but could not capitalize. Randolph would then score in the bottom of the inning to win the game 9-8.
