Funeral Services For Tom Hoferer

Graveside services for Tom Hoferer, age 62, of Creighton, Nebraska will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at St. Ludger Catholic Cemetery in Creighton. Reverend Jeff Lorig will officiate.

Brockhaus Funeral Home in Creighton is in charge of arrangements.

Tom died Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Thomas A. Hoferer, son of Bruce and Doris (King) Hoferer, was born July 12, 1953, at Creighton,
Nebraska. Tom attended St. Ludger Elementary and graduated from Creighton High School. Tom was blessed with one son, Matthew.

Tom is survived by his son, Matthew (Amanda) Hoferer of Stanton, Nebraska; fiancée, Rita Pospisil of Creighton, Nebraska; three grandchildren, Sophia, Liam, and Elijah Hoferer of Stanton; sisters, Joan George of Lincoln, Nebraska and Dottie Hrbek of Lynch, Nebraska; and brothers, Dan Hoferer and Mike Hoferer both of Creighton, Paul Hoferer of O’Neill, Nebraska, Mark Hoferer of York, Nebraska, and Warren Hoferer of Norfolk, Nebraska.

​He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Doris Hoferer; and brothers, Dennis and Maynard.
