After a rough 2015 season that saw them win just two games, the Santee Lady Warriors hope to see some improvement in 2016.
Leading the charge for that improvement will be head coach Emily Romkema. She hopes for better results from a team that lost most of their games in straight sets. The team should see improved play in year two under Romkema.
The Lady Warriors step on the court for the first time September 1 at the Boyd County Triangular.

The Santee Warriors football squad will take the field once again under the direction of head coach Ken Hajek.
Improvement is expected for the Warriors after winning just one game in the past three years. With only one senior listed on the roster, lineman Brandon Whipple, the team will be young in 2016. That will lead to much better experience in the future.
The Warriors take on Deshler on September 2 to start the season.
