NV Cougars End Track Season Thursday At Districts

The Niobrara-Verdigre Cougar track team finished their season Thursday at the District Meet in Burwell.  Although there were no State Qualifiers, several athletes placed and recorded personal bests.  Results were as follows:
4x100 of Toby Ives, Ethan Pickinpaugh, Anthony Vakoc, Alex Bustamante-6th place
Girls Discus, Megan Leasure 4th
Boys Discus, Cade Kalkowski 5th
4x400 of Aaron Pavelka, Isaac Cook, Angel Grant, Kevin Rudloff-6th place
Long jump, Isaac Cook-4th place
800 meter, Kevin-4th place
4x800 of Aaron Pavelka, Dillon Ives, Angel Grant and Kevin Rudloff, - 4th place.
