Niobrara State Park Offers Program For Entire Family

On Saturday, August 1, Niobrara State Park will be hosting activities for the whole family.   The events will last from 10 am to 2 pm.

“Discover the Real Missouri River”
The Missouri National Recreational River Mobile Ranger Station will be set up at the park for visitors to explore.

Visit with rangers about the longest river in North America, explore the MNRR Mobile Ranger Station and discover the stories of the few remaining natural, free-flowing stretches of the Missouri River bordering southeast South Dakota and Northeast Nebraska.  Learn about the Missouri National Recreational River, the national park that preserves and protects the natural, historical, cultural and recreational qualities of this unique and valuable waterway.
