Maddee Doerr Finishes 2nd Round At National Finals Rodeo

A Creighton teen finished her second round at the National High School Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyo. last night. 

Maddee Doerr, competing in goat tying, finished in 9.97 seconds on Thursday to place fifth in her performance and move her into 19th for the go-round. The Creighton Community Schools student has a combined score of 19.43 seconds, which is currently 15th overall. 

The remaining goat tying competitors will finish the second go-round today. The top 20 individuals will move into the short go-round.
