 Some of the best baseball in the state will be played in Creighton for the next five days during the Class C Junior State Baseball Tournament.
Both Crofton and Creighton are among the eight teams playing at Greg Paesl Field on Saturday through Wednesday. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for veterans and $2 for students. Saturday kicks off with four games, beginning with Battle Creek taking on Malcolm at 11 a.m. Louisville will Alma will play at 2 p.m., Crofton will take on North Bend/Morse Bluff at 5 p.m. and Creighton will host Palmer-Walbach-Greeley at 8 p.m. It is a double-elimination tournament with the championship being played on Wednesday.
