Authorities Seek Help With Bloomfield Hit And Run

On August 12, 2016 at 5:51 p.m. a report was received of a vehicle that didn’t stop after damaging another vehicle on the Knox County oiled road north of Bloomfield.

A northbound 2011 white Ford F-350 pulling a trailer, owned by Jamie and Mica Olson of rural Bloomfield, and driven by Mica Olson received damage to the driver side mirror and door as it met a southbound darker colored SUV which crossed left of center on 543 Ave. between 885 Road and 886 Road. 

The dark colored SUV continued southbound without stopping. 

There were no injuries caused by the broken mirror to Mica Olson or her passengers.

Anyone with information on a dark colored SUV with fresh damage to the driver’s side is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
