A Norfolk teenager was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday just south of Wausa at the intersection of Highways 121 and 59.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, 18-year-old Sara Hubert was westbound on Highway 59 in a 1992 Buick Lasabre when she failed to yield. The vehicle was struck broadside by a northbound 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by 17-year-old John Rosberg of Wausa.
Restrains were used by Rosberg but not by Hubert.
