Verdigre Graduate's Homecoming Surprises Siblings

Although Christmas is over a month away, the Kotrous siblings of Verdigre got a great present on Monday.  Their brother, Ian, made a surprise visit to see them during the school day.  Sisters Rhyann and Allie, and brother Jase, hadn't seen Ian since July at his graduation from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Mom, Michelle, and Grandma were in on the surprise that even caught dad, Rick, off guard. 
Ian, a 2015 graduate of Verdigre High School, serves in the Air Force. He is in the Special Forces and is home for a two-week visit before heading to Turkey on November 16.  His stay in Turkey will be 15 months.There are five from his group headed out together, including his roommate, who is from South Dakota.
