Verdigre Drama Team Finishes Season Saturday

The Verdigre One-Act team wrapped up their season Saturday by doing double-duty.  Due to bad weather earlier in the week,  they competed in the rescheduled D2-3 District contest in Niobrara that morning. At 6pm, they  again performed their play "The Actor Games" for the community.
The actors, under the direction of Lori Pierce and Paige Randa, did not place at the District meet.  They did, however, have several students receive outstanding actor awards.  They were Shawn Sucha, Isaac Cook, Haylee Klawitter, Megan Cook, Austin Burkhardt, Rhyan Kotrous, and Madisen Randa.
