Creighton's Garrison Hazen has signed a letter of intent to continue his cross country and track and field careers at Northwestern College next year.
Hazen is a 5’9” distance runner who has competed four years in cross country and three in track and field for Creighton Community Schools heading into the spring. A three-time state qualifier in cross country, Hazen owns the school record in the 5K. He received the NCPA Academic All-State award in both track and cross country and is a member of the National Honor Society. Hazen plans to major in pre-physical therapy at Northwestern and is the son of Doyle and LaDonna.
“We are excited to have Garrison join our Northwestern men’s cross country and track and field teams in the fall,” commented head coach Scott Bahrke. “He is a talented distance runner who will add depth to our team. I am excited to see how God will use Garrison at Northwestern College.”
